FullClarity’s background comes from a family with deep roots in construction, with more than 50 years in the industry. Their group has been one of Victoria’s largest home builders and also operated Australia’s largest building consultancy. That practical history shaped how the product was designed and why it focuses on the day-to-day realities of construction management.
FullClarity’s construction businesses implemented NetSuite in 2010 and valued the platform, but they needed stronger construction capability to run jobs effectively. They built the missing construction functionality directly on the SuiteCloud platform to support their own operations. They then identified the same gap across the wider construction market and developed FullClarity as a purpose-built solution for other firms facing the same challenge.
FullClarity is led by co-founders Andrew Coghlan and John Coghlan. Their team blends construction knowledge with software development and accounting capability, shaped by experience in a leading home builder and a building consultancy. This mix of skills is reflected in how the product handles construction workflows while keeping financial control tight inside NetSuite.
