Team Blue sky did a great job with the implementation of Netsuite for the Oritech group. We are now in a fantastic place for what the future holds for our group. Once we had decided on Netsuite, then we had a lot more decisions to make around the core set up. One thing that we really appreciated was the guidance from TBS around what packages we would need to include in our bundle, as they were not simply a software salesman, they cared about making this journey a success. This ended up saving us considerable amounts of money and delivering a great system. Once the implementation had commenced, we have a substantial change to our scope due to the acquisition of a new company, and what I initially thought would be a nightmare, TBS made easy and were incredibly responsive to our changing needs. While ERP projects are always complex and come with challenges, TBS’s team worked very well to solve problems and create us a system that has set our group up for the next stage of growth.
